The Retail Park Peshtera project is located at 4 Stefan Karadzha Street, Peshtera municipality, Pazardzhik district and will have an entrance and exit on two main streets - 2 minutes by car from the city center and 2 minutes from the Peshtera railway station. The park is at its design stage. The total leasable area of the project is 6 000 sq.m. Tenants will be: TECHNOMARKET, JYSK, SINSAY, KIK, T-MARKET, drogerie, as well a coffee shop, a cosmetics store, a pharmacy, and an optics. LIDL is in close proximity.
