The Project is built on Botevgradsko Shosse Blvd., in accordance with the current requirements regarding the warehouse premises and allows fast access from and to the Hemus and Trakiya highways, as well as Sofia city.
The land plot has an area of 32,000 sq.m. as it will host 24,000 sq.m. newly, functional and high-class warehouses and offices: 4,000 sq. m. office space and 20,000 sq. m. warehouse space. The layout of the warehouses can be easily transformed by adding or removing premises, which ensures flexibility and predictability. The facility has parking for trucks, employees and visitors, green areas and recreation areas, as well as a restaurant.
