There are high class offices with variety of size. In Building 1 one can find different types of ofices: separate rooms, “open space” type or mixed type. The common areas, together with the elegant reception in the entrance hall, are also very representative and welcoming. There is also an indoor passage connecting the underground parking to the office area.
The trade area is also very rich. The ground floor consists of 8 shops. There is also a bank office, dry-cleaning, mobile operator, pharmacy, gift shop, café-restaurant, “A la carte” restaurant and a multifunctional sports hall.
Three levels of warehouses with variety of size are distributed on ramp, basement and first floor in Building 1. A wide loading platform, with enough space in front of it for maneuvering of TIR vehicles, is available for storage activities. The building also offers individual modern freight elevators for the warehouses in the basement and on the first floor.
